IPR compliance wrists correct positioning errors during assembly or when inserting workpieces into machining fixtures or workpiece carriers. These corrections are made using specially developed elastomer elements. This prevents jamming and tilting of the workpieces, minimizes joining forces and torques and protects the robot.
Depending on the application, options such as overload protection, pneumatic locking and / or angle of rotation limitation are available.
