
First cerified Panel - PC NPP156 for Siemens Industrial Edge Ökosystem
The NPP156 was the first panel PC to be certified for the new Siemens Industrial Edge ecosystem. The open Industrial Edge Runtime provides a platform on which process optimization applications can be easily and quickly implemented using pre-built apps for processing, visualizing and analyzing data. This makes the connection between IT and OT in production much easier. A powerful Intel® Celeron® J6412 (Elkhart Lake) CPU with 2 GHz optional Intel Alder Lake N97) is used as the CPU. Plus 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD storage (expandable). Equipped with 2 independent Gigabit LAN interfaces, 4 serial RS232/RS485 and 5 USB ports, the NPP156 can solve a wide range of communication tasks. The display sizes vary between 15" and 21.5" TFT with Full HD resolution. A capacitive PCT touch screen is used as the input medium. The wide supply voltage range is 9..36 VDC. Thanks to the easy control cabinet installation and the protection class IP66, the NPP156 is ideal for many industrial applications such as in production where robust and long-lasting solutions are required.

FIT Funnel Integrated Technology
The FIT LASER is a compact, all-in-one solution that combines all the necessary components and protective devices for marking components directly on your production line in a simple, safe, and cost-effective way. This fully integrated marking unit was specifically designed to meet the demands of modern manufacturing processes. Weighing only 13 kg, the FIT LASER is particularly compact and easy to integrate. Connection to your system control system is via a single Profinet, Profibus, or Ethernet IP connection, significantly simplifying commissioning and saving time. The FIT LASER meets the requirements of laser class 1. To protect bystanders, the laser beam is enclosed in a radiation-tight tunnel. The marking field is available in various sizes, including 30 × 30 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 60 × 30 mm, and 100 × 30 mm – other sizes are available upon request. A mechanical compensation system integrated into the system ensures consistently high marking quality – without the need for sensitive electronic autofocus solutions. It compensates for positioning deviations of the robot arms, tolerance fluctuations of the workpieces, and variations in component dimensions. This ensures the ideal focus distance is always maintained and the marking is precise and reliable. To ensure continuous and trouble-free operation of the FIT LASER, even under demanding production conditions, the system features special protective features such as access to the protective glass of the lens and an integrated extraction system for smoke and fine dust particles. This equipment ensures a long service life and minimizes maintenance requirements and downtime.

As is well known, the whole is more than the sum of its parts. WEBER screw systems also grow with the demands that companies place on automated assembly processes. Stationary screwdriving technology is used when connection processes become more complex, cycle rates shorter, and quality requirements greater. Flange Couplings
Mobile machines mainly use I. C.-engines for their drive. With hydrostatic drives hydraulic pumps are directly coupled, with mobile compressors the compressor unit is directly driven. Both units are connected by a flange coupling. It has to comply with a number of specifications – primarily it has to transmit the power reliably so that the pending operations can be performed as requested. Torsionally stiff flange couplings BoWex FLE-PA: Due to their short design these curved-tooth flange couplings are particularly suitable for mounting to I. C.-engines. Highly flexible flange couplings BoWex-ELASTIC: Highly flexible flange couplings combine the benefits of the renowned BoWex system with the flexibility of a highly flexible coupling in a compact design. Highly flexible flange couplings SINULASTIC: SINULASTIC highly flexible flange couplings cover a wide range of applications primarily for diesel engine drives, but also general drive tasks. One-piece, flexible flange couplings MONOLASTIC: The MONOLASTIC flange couplings enable compensating for radial and angular displacements with extremely low restoring forces via the elastomer part. These flange couplings are particularly suitable for the drive of hydraulic pumps in single or multiple arrangement. Pump mounting flange For mounting hydraulic pumps to the diesel engine KTR supplies mounting flanges sizes SAE-1 to SAE-6 according to the SAE connection dimensions.

We are also happy to support you in the construction of custom systems. Here, a complete station was designed in collaboration with the end customer. The customer's requirements were clearly defined. Approximately 100 bottles must be dispensed per shift, labeled according to customer specifications, checked for accuracy and legibility using a camera, and compared with the delivery note. Only after this has been completed can a cap be dispensed and the bottle and cap transported to a dispensing chute.

FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure with IP67 protection from BOXEXPERT The FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure from BOXEXPERT was developed for applications requiring maximum sealing and durability. With the Edge Automation platform FlexEdge® industrial companies realize flexible Edge Automation solutions for their OT-IT applications.
