With the LCOS, LÜTZE has developed an IP20 housing system that can be used as a system-integrated or a stand-alone solution. LCOS can be extended into a complete modular input-output system through tool-free plug-in energy and/or data modules. The LCOS electronic housing is based on a device carrier that holds the separate housings or the plug-in function units. The patented four-wire bus allows the field side to be supplied with up to 16 current per conductor, which is A rated. This produces functions with an operating voltage of DC 24 V – 500 V or also applications with a current load of DC 32 A. The LÜTZE electronic housing LCOS has UL-approval and can therefore be used worldwide. <h6> Less installation effort </h6> The amount of material required and installation times are minimized thanks to the feed module and Push-In technology of the LCOS series. The Hot Plug makes it possible to replace individual units in a completely touch proof process during operation. <h6> Absolute flexibility! </h6> The current control system, which is equipped with the patented LÜTZE shut down characteristic, rounds off the LÜTZE portfolio with products and accessories from the Industrial Ethernet, and current and power supply fields. This allows the creation of a uniform system in the control cabinet with various functions that is directly tailored to the customer's needs. The quantity and position of the individual components within the modular design are irrelevant.

The intelligent control system. LCOS-LUNA is a compact backplane with an integrated data and power bus. By simply plugging in function modules, such as LCOS power monitoring modules, compact applications can be set up without accessories and without additional wiring. This saves time, money, and increases your competitiveness. By transferring the data bus to an expansion module, several supply voltages can be used within one system. Lead screws – in highest quality and custom made upon request Lead screws are elements used as a drive for linear motion. Ball screws and trapezoidal screw units are also part of the lead screws: For ball screws the force is transmitted by small balls. This motion has a high efficiency. Trapezoidal screw units function according the principle of dynamic friction. As a result this kind of motion has worse efficiency but also is a lower cost alternative.

Inexpensive and robust: Our lean SL® rack and pinion gear unit Lifting movements are carried out in many automation technology applications. Retrofittable SMS module GSM-TMM for sending fault messages In the case of stand-alone systems with a missing connection, the monitoring of controls can require considerable personnel expenditure due to inspection rounds. For such scenarios, CONTA-CLIP now offers a particularly economical solution that is easy to retrofit with the SMS modem GSM-TMM. The module automatically sends the signal emitted by the controll fault output as an SMS to up to five recipients. All systems with live alarm outputs, such as pumps and ventilation systems, can be monitored reliably and in a resource-saving manner. By using the mobile radio standards LTE-M or NB-IoT, the GSM-TMM guarantees inexpensive and energy-saving operation.

The new LLX-400/800 LED enclosure lights replace the previous LLE series. Due to the higher light output and the integrated optics, an optimal illumination of the mounting plate to the floor is achieved.
