If standard machines cannot meet the demands of your complex industrial processes, we will develop a suitable technical solution. To do this, we look not just at the machine, but at the entire process: component feeding, handling, assembly, testing, marking, data processing and integration into your production.

In-house expertise for streamlined machine engineering.
Special-purpose machine construction: We develop jigs, semi-automatic machines, automated assembly machines, modular cells and interlinked production lines. We modernise existing systems as part of retrofit projects.

Assembly of sub-assemblies: We assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and mechatronic sub-assemblies in accordance with drawings, parts lists and assembly documentation. We can produce one-off items, prototypes, small batches and series under framework agreements.

CNC Machining
Our CNC machining facility produces customised milled, turned and wire-EDM parts. We manufacture from a quantity of one, as well as prototypes, individual parts and small batches.

Control cabinet construction and cable assembly
We undertake electrical design, mechanical machining, component fitting, wiring and testing of control cabinets. In addition, we manufacture pre-assembled cables and cable harnesses to technical specifications.

Automated testing technology: We develop automated testing solutions for printed circuit boards, components, assemblies and technical systems.
