europascal GmbH, located in the Rhine-Main area, is a hidden champion in calibration technology with measuring ranges from 1 Pa to 10,000 bar. We combine sales of calibration equipment with service, training, calibration, maintenance, and repairs.

Your responsibilities: Customer service, quotation preparation and follow-up, acquisition and retention of new customers, and expert advice.

Your profile: Technical degree or technical training, ideally sales experience with complex industrial products (beginners welcome), self-motivated, able to work in a team, resilient, organized, and a B driver's license.

Based in the Rhine-Main region, europascal is a "hidden champion" boasting an accredited measurement range of 1 Pa to 10,000 bar and high levels of precision. As a medium-sized enterprise, we excel not only in the distribution of calibration equipment but also in providing exceptional service (training, calibration, maintenance, and repair).

Your responsibilities:
Providing independent and autonomous customer support
Independently preparing and technically detailing quotations, as well as tracking quotes and deadlines
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through targeted, expert advice
Acquiring and onboarding new customers

Your profile:
Ideally, you hold a degree in a technical field or a qualification as a technician
Professional experience in selling industrial products that require technical explanation is an advantage, though entry-level candidates are also welcome
You are customer-oriented and work with a high degree of personal responsibility
You are accustomed to working independently within a team; your strengths include:
