Smart Palletizer
EasyPalletizer is a compact palletizer, designed for the purpose of making palletizing easy and mobile inside a factory.

The MiR250 can move up to 250 kg at a speed of 2 meters / second. This makes the AMR more agile than any other AMR on the market and highly adaptable to challenging environments. For transport tasks in production, logistics and healthcare. Dimensions: 800mm x 580mm x 300mm. Capable of crossing gaps and thresholds of up to 20mm. Suitable for add-on modules with a maximum height of 1800 mm. Improved security with 8 proximity sensors.
MiR 600
The MiR 600 combines state-of-the-art technology with advanced development. Among other things, the mobile robot has the latest laser scanners for a safe 360° view and advanced 3D camera technology. With it, it recognizes pallets, can search an area of 30 – 2,000 mm above the floor, perceive obstacles and avoid holes in the floor. Specialized for particularly heavy transport tasks, especially for pallet transport. Dimensions: 1350mm x 920mm x 320mm. Conforms to ISO/EN 13849. Meets EMC requirements for light and normal industrial use. Standard superstructure available with MiRLift and MiR EU Pallet Lift. Suitable for individual add-on modules.
MiR 1350
The MiR 1350 combines maximum security with the latest technologies. Among other things, the mobile robot has the latest laser scanners for a safe 360° view and advanced 3D camera technology that covers a range of 30 – 2,000 mm. Two additional sensors in the corners enable the robot to recognize pallets and obstacles independently and to react to them fully automatically. If a person steps into its lane, it automatically performs an emergency stop. With this, payloads of up to 1350 kg reach their destination safely. And the robot is also well protected in demanding industrial environments: its durable housing can even withstand falling loads. For particularly heavy transport tasks, especially suitable for pallet transport. Dimensions: 1350mm x 910mm x 320mm. Conforms to ISO/EN 13849. Meets the EMC requirements for industrial use. Suitable for individual add-on modules, such as a pallet lift or a robotic arm.
ESCAD logiCON | Lift
With the logiCON, your MiR can automaticcally hand over the transported material to a transfer station. The logiCON | Lift offers you full flexibility to individually adjust the height of the transfer.
ESCAD logiRACK
This transport frame can be mounted on your robot to offer enough space for all products and materials - in KLTs, blisters, packages, loose or stored in your special means of transport. Additionally compartments are individually adjusted to the height you need. The MiR robot can be operated with the integrated display.
MiR1200 Pallet Jack
The MiR1200 Pallet Jack is a game changer for internal pallet transport. It automates the detection, transport and delivery of EU pallets up to 1200 kg at 1.5 m/s. Its detection system is based on machine learning and makes it special. The MiR1200 Pallet Jack reduces cycle times for picking and placing pallets and increases throughput.
