Mechafant-PJ
The Mechafant is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) with a payload capacity of up to 1,400 kg. Designed for busy environments with unpredictable obstacles, it navigates safely, flexibly, and reliably through close proximity to humans – the perfect solution for demanding logistics and intralogistics applications. Thanks to its hydraulically driven lifting module with forks, the AMR can pick up and place entire Euro pallets directly from the floor. It can also transfer Euro pallets up to a maximum height of 3,000 mm. Positioning accuracy is less than +/- 10 mm. Pallet position is detected using image processing. Safety and efficiency are certified according to ISO 3691-4. The Mechafant can be reliably deployed in a variety of applications. Integration into existing logistics and production systems ensures smooth operation. Specially developed software handles traffic control, job distribution, and AMR operation. It distributes transport requests to the most cost-effective available AMRs, comparing vehicle routes based on the required travel distance to the destination. A very wide range of applications is possible thanks to the standardized pallet format. Suitable for all types of material transport in production, logistics, and automation. Ideal for bridging large distances or when systems and machines are located far apart and a continuous material flow needs to be established. Please refer to the datasheet for further information.

With the MBT 08, you bring maximum flexibility to your intralogistics – without modifications, without compromises. The innovative, width-adjustable lift enables the safe transport of a wide variety of container sizes with just a single AMR. This eliminates the need for costly standardization or the use of multiple specialized robots. Thanks to its compact footprint, the MBT 08 remains extremely maneuverable and space-saving, even with full functionality. Existing passive transfer stations can still be used – your production continues uninterrupted as automation takes hold. Thoughtful ergonomics, a standard HMI within easy reach, readily accessible emergency stop switches, and integrated safety scanners ensure rapid commissioning and safe, convenient operation in everyday industrial environments. The robust lift structure with a braked stepper motor guarantees maximum product safety – even in emergency stops. Cobot Beladezelle MAE 242983
The system is a solution for automated material flow with processing by a third-party machine, based on modern AMR technology, collaborative robotics, and intelligent sensors. The process begins with an AMR (autonomous mobile robot) carrying a workpiece carrier. Before the transfer, a laser sensor monitors the interface. Only when the transfer area is clear does the workpiece carrier leave the AMR and roll along a gravity roller conveyor to the defined position at the machining center. In the next step, a collaborative robot (cobot) takes over the process. This scans the codes on the workpieces. This uniquely identifies the parts and transmits the relevant production and processing data to the machining center. This intelligent part identification enables high flexibility, a wide variety of product variants, and seamless traceability. After successful identification, the components are automatically fed to the machining center and processed according to the stored parameters. Once processing is complete, the collaborative robot removes the finished parts and places them neatly back into the workpiece carrier. Once the workpiece carrier (WT) is fully loaded again, the machine releases it. At the end of the gravity roller conveyor, there is another interface for pickup by the automated material handling system (AMR). The MAE 242983-16 enables a completely autonomous machining step for workpieces, while simultaneously ensuring seamless traceability. This makes the system ideally suited for modern production environments with fluctuating batch sizes, a high degree of product variety, and the demand for maximum efficiency and safety.

MTL 08
The intelligent, autonomous robot transporter offers an innovative solution for transporting loads of up to 90 kg in dynamic environments where people and unexpected obstacles are common. Its advanced navigation and motion control enables safe and efficient movement within a defined traffic area without the need for changes to the existing infrastructure. The transporter's powered conveyor belt enables the flexible transport of goods from any pick-up to drop-off position, including the active transfer of loads. In addition, the transporter has a height-adjustable conveyor belt that can bridge height differences of up to 500 mm. This makes it particularly versatile, as it can be easily adapted to different heights of pick-up and drop-off positions. The integrated lift system has a maximum load of 35 kg, regardless of the lifting speed, which ensures reliable handling of loads. These functions make the transporter an ideal solution for various applications in logistics, manufacturing and other industries where efficiency and flexibility are required. The range of applications is very broad. The transporter is particularly suitable for material transport in production, logistics and automation. Also available in cleanroom class ISO4. The use of the transporter is ideal when systems and machines are set up far away from each other. It enables the flexible linking of workstations and thus new production layouts.
