Spring Detanglers
The manual Tekda spring separators are easy-to-use spring detanglers for manual workstations. Easy to use, they eliminate the laborious, time-consuming, and therefore expensive process of manual detangling. A wide range of different sized and heavy, cylindrical or conical springs can be separated. The devices can also be used to separate rings, metal parts, and plastic parts, so-called tangled parts. The Tekda spring detanglers are designed for manual workstations and can be placed directly on the bench. They are easy to set up, connect, and operate. No training or instruction is required.
Effective Detangling Technology
By manually filling the tangled springs into the mechanical centrifuge, the parts are set in rotation. The springs are then detangled and ejected individually. The same device can be used for different spring types. Springs that are not detangled on the first pass can simply be refilled into the detangler.
