Rotary Tables for Buffering, Singulation, and Manual Removal: Rotary tables are versatile systems used in production automation for buffering, singulating, or manually removing workpieces. They offer an efficient solution for storing, separating, or preparing workpieces for further processing. The workpieces are picked up by a rotating, specially coated disc and precisely guided to the inside of the disc by the deflector at the disc's edge. This ensures high process speeds, as a free space is immediately available for the next workpiece after one is removed. Advantages of rotary tables: Reduced workpiece movement: The rotational speed can be individually adjusted to ensure minimal workpiece movement, thus enabling precise work processes. Efficient buffering and singulation: Ideal for singulating workpieces and efficient intermediate storage in production lines. Manual removal: The rotary table function allows workpieces to be removed and processed quickly and safely. Special standard features: Height adjustment via hydraulic feet: Enables flexible height adjustment to adapt to different production conditions. Quick-release flap: For fast removal and emptying of workpieces. Adjustable speed: The speed can be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal workpiece conveying. PU-coated rotary table: The rotary table is equipped with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which enables particularly gentle and quiet workpiece conveying. Drive disc diameter (standard sizes): 400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm. Other sizes are available upon request.
