Designed for typical mid-range robotic applications in industry and logistics, the updated Mech-Eye PRO series features 100% improved ambient light resistance (for monochrome versions), 75% lower temperature drift, 40% faster scanning speed and a more compact size compared to the previous version Design. With 100% improved ambient light resistance*, the new Mech-Eye PRO can generate accurate, detailed and complete point clouds of objects made of metal, plastic, wood and other materials under lighting conditions of > 20,000 lx.
Mech-Eye PRO’s improved ambient light resistance not only guarantees more reliable performance in difficult lighting conditions, but also helps save costs by reducing the need for shading facilities. The new Mech-Eye PRO can provide high-quality 3D images of a wide range of reflective objects, enabling accurate and reliable implementation of gripping processes. The high accuracy combined with the fast scanning speed enables it to perform a variety of demanding tasks and offers improved cycle time without sacrificing performance. Thanks to a temperature drift reduced by 75%, the new Mech-Eye PRO can work stably and reliably under fluctuating temperatures. With a 40% more compact design, the new Mech-Eye PRO can be used even more flexibly than previous models. The reduced size and weight allow for additional mounting options for the Mech-Eye PRO, enabling excellent performance even in the tightest of spaces.
