Belt Bunkers for Efficient Material Feeding and Increased Autonomy in Automated Systems. Belt hoppers increase the autonomy of automated systems and loading stations through metered material feeding. These systems ensure a continuous and efficient supply of materials and improve productivity through a constant material flow. Our belt hoppers are available both as fully integrated solutions in specially developed handling and assembly machines and as individual retrofit solutions for existing systems. Features and benefits of the belt hoppers: Metered feeding: The belt hopper feeds material efficiently and evenly, enabling high autonomy and continuous production processes. Front panels for material metering: Ensure precise and controlled material dispensing. Height adjustable: The belt hopper can be easily adjusted to the desired height. Space-saving drive: The drive is compactly mounted under the belt hopper, saving space. Quick-discharge rear flap: Enables rapid emptying of the belt hopper. Mounting plate for 80×80 aluminum strut profile: Provides stable and secure material support. Optional features: Level monitoring: Monitors the material level in the conveyor hopper and ensures consistent feeding. Removable or hinged Makrolon lid: Provides easy access for maintenance. Chute with PU lining: Reduces friction and protects the material from damage. Hopper trough with PU lining: Protects the trough from abrasion and contributes to the system's longevity. Filling volumes: 20 l, 30 l, 60 l, 80 l. Other filling volumes are available upon request to meet your specific requirements.
