In addition to our wide range of automated industrial solutions, the S&K team also offers control options for commercial home and building technology.

We were recently able to bring the HVAC system (heating/ventilation/air conditioning) of a public healthcare facility up to the latest industrial standards.
To do this, we took over the existing ventilation technology, sensors and actuators and integrated them into a new Siemens S7-1500 controller.

This enabled us to modernize the room cooling as part of an energy funding project. As well as to integrate the absolutely necessary process cooling into our control technology and display it visually.

At the same time, we were also able to integrate an important safety mechanism, because since the modernization, cold buffers have ensured that short-term failures in the room and process cooling can be compensated.
