SIC MARKING introduces the e-MARK EVO – the new generation of portable dot peen marking. Designed as a cordless all-in-one dot peen marking device for everyday industrial use, it combines performance, autonomy and ergonomics in a compact solution.

Weighing only 3.2 kg, the e-MARK EVO is highly flexible and reliably marks materials from plastic to steel (up to 62 HRC) with permanent, consistent quality – whether text, logos or Data Matrix codes. A robust tungsten carbide pin ensures precise, durable results.

Delivered as a ready-to-use complete kit, the e-MARK EVO includes a carrying case, two batteries and a fast charger – no installation, no cables, no additional peripherals required.

For applications that require increased marking depth and enhanced visibility, an optional Booster function is available. It enables deeper markings that remain clearly readable even after painting or surface treatment, making it ideal for traceability and long-lasting identification.

To maximize adaptability, three tool-free interchangeable support plates are available: non-slip, narrow and adjustable, and magnetic. This allows quick, secure adjustment to different part geometries and operating conditions.
