The FLEXA RQDR series offers rotatable holder systems for protective conduits and cable guides that have been specially developed for the requirements of collaborative robots. Cobots work precisely and often in confined spaces, so cable routing must be flexible and robust without restricting mobility. RQDR holders enable secure, variable, and space-saving mounting directly on the robot arm. Thanks to the rotatable design, the robot’s dynamics remain unrestricted even during complex movements.

In combination with the RQMR-MOVE insert and the highly flexible ROHRflex MOVE, the result is a system that offers maximum freedom of movement and protection for cables and lines. Installation is quick and tool-free thanks to the FLEXAquick principle. A simple click-on fastener ensures that protective conduits can be securely attached directly to the robot arm without increasing the installation effort.

The series includes various holder types for different mounting situations: RQDR-AP with screw-on plate, RQDR-KB with Velcro fastening, and RQDR-PS for mounting on profile rails. All variants are made of robust PA6 plastic, are temperature-resistant from -40°C to +120°C, and comply with important standards such as CE, EN 45545 HL3, ASTM E162/E662, SMP800-C, RoHS, and REACH.
