We are pleased to introduce version 5.0 of our Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) design software. This version focuses more on practical cycles, which can be imported from recorded system data. This allows for even more precise gearbox design and full utilization of the upper performance limit. Where applicable, this enables smaller sizes and thus cost savings for customers.

In addition, NCP 5.0 visualizes gearbox utilization via characteristic map displays. User-friendliness has been further enhanced with new tools, such as those for determining positioning accuracy and pitch, as well as an optimized gearbox filter.
