Investments in EMS Manufacturing and Testing Procedures
With additional SMT lines, expanded automated optical inspections, and optimized testing methods such as flying probe, in-circuit, and functional tests, CM Manufactory is increasing the efficiency of small and medium series production. Cable assembly has also been extended to more complex modules. In doing so, the company is responding to growing demands for flexibility and quality in the EMS industry.

Functional Safety and Compliance with Standards
At the same time, the company has strengthened its expertise in the field of functional safety. Safety relays are developed and tested in accordance with applicable standards (EN ISO 13849-1). This supports customers in meeting regulatory requirements in industrial and automation projects.

EMS in the Economic Context
Despite economic uncertainties in Germany and Europe—such as declining growth and volatile supply chains—the European manufacturing industry is showing signs of recovery. The European Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) rose to 50.7 in August 2025, marking the first sign of expansion since mid-2022.
