Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for our technical customer support, working closely with our sales and development departments.
You will advise and support our customers in the selection and application of our light grid solutions.
You will provide first- and second-level telephone support for technical issues, particularly
in troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
You will actively participate in the further development of our products and applications.
You will conduct tests for new developments and assist with the commissioning of prototypes.
You will create technical documentation, data sheets, and product information.
You will participate in internal projects and project management.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a technician or a degree in automation or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
