YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting, managing, and developing international distributors
Acquiring new specialist retailers and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Implementing the sales strategy in collaboration with local partners
Analyzing market potential and competitive developments
Supporting distributors with product training, sales promotion, and trade fair appearances
Negotiating, preparing quotations, and setting prices in cooperation with the internal sales team
Responsibility for sales in the sales area/for the partners supported
Regular reporting and forecasting
Close cooperation with marketing, product management, internal sales, and field sales
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification with a technical background
Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in dealing with distributors or trading partners
Strong communication and intercultural skills
High degree of personal responsibility and willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
Business fluent German and English, other languages an advantage
Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office/ERP systems
