YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on project-related sales activities with customers and sales representatives.
Collaborate with STEIN team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
Defining specific sales targets and target customers with the sales network.
Providing the necessary sales support for customers and sales representatives (budget quotes, technical support, presentations, etc.).
Maintaining and reporting all information in the STEIN CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and forecast information.
Promptly handle all inquiries and provide excellent customer service to the customer base and representative network.
Continuous development through professional training and activities in industry associations (automation, assembly, etc.).
Compliance with STEIN Automation’s corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent experience in assembly automation, robotics, or motion control. Experience with a German/Swiss company in North America is an advantage.
At least five years of relevant professional experience.
Confident use of Microsoft Office and common CRM programs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The position is initially designed as a home office role, with preferred locations in the Midwest, Southeast, or Mid-Atlantic regions of the US. Applicants from other regions, including Canada, will also be considered.
