Your tasks
– Develop and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers in the wind energy sector
– Identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in wind turbine automation, control, SCADA and monitoring systems
– Act as the primary contact for technical and commercial topics for key accounts across Europe
– Work closely with internal teams (engineering, R&D, project management) to develop customized automation solutions
– Lead contract negotiations and coordinate project implementation
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments in renewable energy and automation
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
Your profile
– Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical education
– 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the energy technology or industrial automation sectors
– In-depth knowledge of automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, communication protocols, etc.)
– Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, ideally wind energy systems and grid integration
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and business stakeholders
– Fluent in German and English (both required); additional European language skills are advantageous
– Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe (approx. 40 – 50%)
