Essential Functions/Responsibilities
•Establishing and maintaining strong and/or strategic relationships with key decision-makers
•Evaluating and confirming our supplier status, assessing dashboard parameters, and identifying
opportunities for improvement
•Evaluating the percentage of potential market available to Samtec at your customer, with goal of
covering as much as possible
•Creation, negotiation and follow-up of quotations
•Support customer projects from the first inquiry, through the calculation and creation of the
offer to the customer order.
•Through regular analyzes you support the targeted development of your customers and identify
new sales opportunities on a commercial and technical level
•You carry out annual price negotiations independently
What we expect from you:
•Professional commercial or technical education or bachelor’s degree in business or other
Business discipline
•2-5 years’ experience in an Account Management or Customer Service environment
•Knowledge in the field of electronic interconnect technology or semiconductor technologies is
an advantage but not a requirement. Detailed product training is part of the induction period
•Native German language skills and fluent communication skills in English
•Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively across the organization and with
customer base
•Team Player
•Project Management Experience
•Planned and structured way of working
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
