Your Job • Develop Sales and Marketing strategy at Distributor • Focus Demand Creation and establish a clear aligned approach with the respective Distributor • Close cooperation with our Distribution Marketing team to coordinate all Digital Expertise with the respective E-cat partner . • Communicate Sales Strategy and promotional plans to RDSM´s & SDAM´s to employ at branch level • Develop sales plan and ensure implementation of plan at branches • Develop short term plans to fix problem branches Distributors. Co – develop corrective action with assigned RDSM • Written and verbal progress reports to Molex Sales Management regarding performance to plan, issues, and opportunities • Cooperate very closely with the SDAMs to assure an aligned strategy and target setting • Establish a target oriented training plan to enable the Distribution partner to sell Molex • Monitor Distributors inventory and profit levels to maximize mind share with Molex products

Your Job
• Develop Sales and Marketing strategy at Distributor ( reflected also in the Playbook ) / include concrete target setting & tracking
• Focus Demand Creation and establish a clear aligned approach with the respective Distributor
• Close cooperation with our Distribution Marketing team to coordinate all Digital Expertise with the respective E-cat partner .
• Communicate Sales Strategy and promotional plans to RDSM´s & SDAM´s to employ at branch level
• Establish quarterly reviews for progress and future planning ( to include market share capture data )
• Develop sales plan and ensure implementation of plan at branches
• Develop short term plans to fix problem branches Distributors. Co – develop corrective action with assigned RDSM
• Written and verbal progress reports to Molex Sales Management regarding performance to plan, issues, and opportunities
• Cooperate very closely with the SDAMs to assure an aligned strategy and target setting
• Establish a target oriented training plan to enable the Distribution partner to sell Molex
• Establish and facilitate meetings and communications between Molex and Distributors top management
• Monitor Distributors inventory and profit levels to maximize mind share with Molex products

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Electrical / mechanical engineering degree preferred- any additional relevant business studies are an advantage
• Experience in a direct selling position in electronic components is preferred
• Fluent in English , additional language skills like German can be advantageous
• Knowledge and existing network at targeted customers are an advantage
• Ability to travel
• Competition understanding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills a high plus
• Digital Expertise is an advantage
• Microsoft Office Skills, SAP, Outlook Knowledge
