Your responsibilities
– Technical, personnel, and strategic management of hardware development with six subordinate departments
– Close collaboration with software development, product management, purchasing, and production
– Organizational development and continuous optimization of innovation and development processes
– Responsibility for technology management and strategic product planning
– Ensuring high quality standards
– Further development and coaching of managers, as well as building and maintaining a high-performing network of external service providers.
What you bring
– Technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) or comparable qualification
– Several years of management experience in product development, ideally in the hardware and firmware environment
– Analytical and structured approach to work
– Strong abstract reasoning skills and excellent communication skills
– Very good written and spoken German and English
