Your Challenge
• Supporting the field service team and conducting independent customer visits with a sales focus
• Performing feasibility analyses
• Conceptualizing, developing, and implementing customer projects
• Commissioning, maintaining, and repairing robot systems
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers
• Providing customer support with technical questions
• Receiving, testing, and updating robot systems
• Troubleshooting problems with testing robots
• Serving as a contact person and liaison between customers and internal departments
• Close collaboration with the application engineering team
• The service area covers Germany and regularly also neighboring countries.
Your Talent
• You have completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician) or hold a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field.
• You already have 3-5 years of professional experience in automation technology, plant engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical field service is advantageous but not required.
• You enjoy supporting our customers both on-site and from the office.
• In addition to your technical passion and enthusiasm for automation, you also possess excellent communication skills. and teamwork skills
• In customer contact, you impress with your competent and customer-friendly manner
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a valid German driving licence (class B)
