What You Will Do
– Build and deepen relationships with existing and new clients in Europe (focus on Germany), leveraging your comparative advantage in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
– Collaborate with global and local account management teams, business development, product management, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, value-added solutions that address customer challenges.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with machine builders, system integrators, and subcontractors, applying principled entrepreneurship to grow profitable revenue and market share.
– Bring the voice of the customer to Molex, supporting product development and continuous improvement by sharing insights on technology trends and customer requirements.
– Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
– Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in industrial automation.
– Proven sales experience with machine builders, system integrators, or end-users.
– Strong technical aptitude, service mindset, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
– Demonstrated creativity, analytical ability, resilience, and motivation to maximize your contribution.
– Proficiency in English (written and oral); German language skills and SAP knowledge are a plus.
