SMW-electronics GmbH is an independent company within the SMW-AUTOBLOK Group. Founded in September 2021, the company consolidates the group global activities in the areas of digitized processes and automation. These activities encompass the product areas of contactless transmission technology for energy and signals, mechatronic clamping and gripping systems, smart sensors and measuring systems, and the associated software. In 2022, the company moved into a new, energy-efficient building (class 40 EE) in Meckenbeuren. Here, on approximately 1,000 m² of floor space spread over two floors, engineering, production, testing, warehousing, logistics, and assembly work closely together in modern facilities. As part of a globally operating group, SMW-electronics has subsidiaries and representatives in more than 60 countries. Domestic customers are served by a close-knit network of field service representatives.
