From specification to series production
From the first discussion up to series production, sales, field application engineering (FAE) and support work hand in hand. Together with you, we clarify the boundary conditions, define the configuration, take care of images, drivers and BIOS settings, and test the complete system under load.
Every delivery is documented in a traceably, including bill of materials and serial numbers. And if anything needs to be adapted later on, you can still reach us – before and after the purchase. Our long-standing team preserves project history and know-how for many years.
Where our systems are used
Our solutions are used in automation and mechanical engineering, on automotive test benches, in robotics and intralogistics as well as in research & development. Whether edge AI on the production line, synchronized data acquisition in the vehicle or deterministic communication between controllers and sensor systems – we combine industrial PCs, test & measurement and connectivity in such a way that individual components become reliable tools for your process.
This includes, for example, new PC-based measurement systems for the development of new vehicle series as well as control computers in optical inspection environments. That is our system approach.

Our history: 35 years of system expertise
PLUG-IN grew out of PC-based measurement technology. Our motto at the time was: “The best idea since things became compatible.” Right from the start, the focus was not on individual products, but on compatibility and practical usability in industrial environments.
