Flexible use of powerful industrial robotics
With the Mobile Robot Platform (MRP) from BEC Robotics, powerful industrial robots such as KUKA QUANTEC and IONTEC with payloads of up to 300 kg can be used flexibly. The platform enables the mobile use of a large robot at several workstations within a production facility.
The robot platform is moved between stations by a driverless transport system and docks there automatically. A precise docking system immediately ensures the repeat accuracy of a stationary robot cell without the need for recalibration or fixed installation.
This allows companies to use a powerful robot for multiple processes and gradually integrate automation into existing production environments. BEC Robotics takes care of integration, the safety concept, and customer-specific adaptation to real manufacturing processes.
