– Design and continuous improvement of a forward-looking developer experience
– Development of an innovative and high-performance software solution based on IEC 61131-3, C and C++
– Technical and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary product team with focus on modern software development
– Coaching and team development to support the professional and personal growth of team members
– Agile project leadership from concept to successful implementation of complex development projects
– Collaboration with external partners and suppliers to realize optimal solutions
– Coordination with internal stakeholders such as executive management, product management, and additional development departments

Your profile
– Technical education (university, university of applied sciences) or similar qualification
– Experience in software product development, ideally compilers or programming environments
– Knowledge of C, C++, Java or Rust, ideally IEC programming languages
– Focus on developer experience and implementation of an efficient, user-friendly environment
– Coaching competence for the professional and personal development of team members
– German language skills B2, English B1
