Your tasks
– Technical customer support with a focus on the application of Bachmann electronic automation solutions in hardware and software
– Analysis of customer requirements as well as development and implementation of customized technical solution concepts including programming
– Technical consulting for customers as well as conducting training courses on existing and new Bachmann hardware and software products
– Configuration of PLCs, fieldbuses and visualization devices
– Collaboration with the sales team as well as support in acquiring new customers

Your profile
– Training or experience in electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics
– Experience in programming modern PLC systems according to IEC 61131, knowledge of C/C++ is an advantage
– Initial experience in the application of PLC-controlled automation solutions
– Confident handling of technical documentation as well as a structured and analytical way of working
– Strong communication skills and team orientation in interdisciplinary projects
– Willingness to travel to other locations or customers (approx. 10–15%)
– Very good written and spoken German and English skills
