Many of our customers face the challenge that standard cables aren't sufficient. They need custom-made solutions for a very specific purpose. But this is precisely where most manufacturers reach their limits. One-off pieces are expensive, impractical, or simply not offered. But why is that? One-off or series production – what's the difference? One-off production creates customized solutions precisely tailored to the customer's requirements. This type of production is particularly suitable for prototypes, samples, or complex custom assemblies. Series production, on the other hand, is characterized by optimized workflows, repeatable processes, and efficiently used resources. Tools and fixtures are designed for repeatability. Manufacturing a one-off piece usually involves additional costs for the producers. Therefore, they often require minimum order quantities or longer lead times. We don't. Thanks to our long-standing partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, as well as a well-stocked warehouse, we can procure all the necessary materials for even one-off pieces at short notice. We even test many of these one-off pieces more thoroughly than series products. This ensures that certified quality is maintained regardless of order size. Through meticulous documentation – including manufacturing documents, electrical schematics, and initial sample inspection reports – we ensure that once manufactured, cables remain reproducible at any time. This allows us to meet a wide range of needs, from assemblies, samples, and prototypes starting from a single unit to series production of up to approximately 2,000 cable sets per year. This makes our products so attractive for small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in sectors such as special-purpose machinery, plant engineering, prototype construction, special-purpose vehicle manufacturing, and even aerospace.
