Responsibilities include:
– managing and developing existing customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team;
– acquiring new customers in the mechanical and plant engineering sector;
– supporting the sales team throughout the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to contract negotiation;
– developing and presenting solution proposals, as well as preparing and conducting events;
– assisting with the creation of concepts, plans, and reports; and achieving existing targets, as well as supporting the monitoring and analysis of the target market.
Profile
– Completed technical (university) degree, technician or master craftsman qualification and good business administration knowledge or a comparable qualification
– Affinity for sales, initial experience desirable
– Personality with sales acumen, negotiation skills, strong communication and persuasiveness
– Goal-oriented work style, analytical thinking, process understanding and abstract thinking skills
– Team-oriented, communicative personality
– Motivation and willingness to travel
