For our business in Bavaria, we are looking for a motivated individual who cultivates customer relationships, acquires new customers, and expertly presents our products at the point of sale. You will monitor the market, develop sales channels, maintain CRM data, and work closely with the back office. We expect an electrical engineering background, sales experience, customer focus, negotiation skills, digital literacy, and the ability to work in a team. Your tasks:
Independent processing and support of the comprehensive sales area.
Advising and selling our comprehensive range of products, including cable protection and accessories, cable glands and accessories, cable ties and fixings, heat shrink tubing and accessories, as well as operating equipment
Acquisition of new customers
Participation in various trade fairs, counter days and trade conferences
Market and competitor observations in the areas of product range, price and service

Requirements:
Completed vocational training in the electrical industry as an electrician, automation technician or similar with further training in product management or equivalent
Professional experience in field sales and distribution
Strong sales personality with perseverance, negotiating skills and a sense of humour
Distinct entrepreneurial, independent way of thinking and working
Communication and presentation skills combined with an inspiring and convincing manner
Stylish written and spoken German
