What You Will Do
– Set and implement a sales strategy that focuses on creating value for Molex by aligning the correct markets, customers, and opportunities with the capabilities of Molex and or the Koch family of companies.
– Responsible for driving profitable growth by establishing new businesses and developing existing customers within the Central Europe Region.
– Provide leadership in the central region across the sales process, demonstrate project management skills and deep market understanding, particularly within German OEM customers.
– Act as a role model, demonstrating strong communication skills and behaviors consistent with Koch culture and principles.
– Coach and develop supervisors and team members to maximize their contributions – empowering decision making, encouraging accountability, and fostering ownership – whether as people managers or individual contributors.
-Support and actively engage in closing major customer opportunities within the region.
– Supports all sales channels, including OEMs, Distribution, Molex affiliates, and global accounts.
– Steward regional resources by managing expenses and own cost center effectively, to ensure financial responsibility and alignment with budget targets.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
-Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering / Business Administration or similar.
-In depth knowledge of the electronic industry and markets across Germany (essential) and the broader region
-Strong commercial business understanding and entrepreneurship mindset.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience of leadership experience
