Automated transport system for chip trolleys
The chip trolley conveyor system automatically transports the chip trolleys and ensures independent, uninterrupted operation.
Lifting devices bring the filled trolleys into position in a buffer zone, where they wait for the transport process to start. The trolley throughput is also documented in this buffer zone to ensure transparent and efficient process control. Integrated sensors monitor free spaces and only start onward transport when these have been filled.
The result is a fully automated system that optimises the recycling of metal swarf and achieves maximum performance without the need for additional personnel.
